You can disable core 0 in your taskmanager or the way i did it: via a program called process lasso. My Thesis: Most of your processes (especially system relevant ones) run on core 0, by disabling core 0 for csgo you theoretically gain more (or more stable) fps ingame since csgo only runs on all your other cores while most of your other processes occupy core 0 - if one of your cores is maxed out the system switches to the next core, this happens all the time every millisecond depending on workload, which is normal, but exactly these switches CAN cause stutter in the frame-department.
