In the column Graphics Settings, assign the High Performance profile to Microsoft Flight Simulator. This adds MSFS to the list and you'll be able to select it afterwards. If it is not in the list, click the Add Application button and select the *.exe-file of MSFS from the MSFS's installation directory. Select Microsoft Flight Simulator from the list of applications. Navigate to Preferences > Additional Settings > Power > Switchable Graphics Application Settings. Open Radeon Settings. One way to do that is right-clicking on an empty space on the desktop and choosing Radeon Settings from the menu. Next, select the preferred graphics processor for this programfrom the second dropdown. Open the tab Program Settingsand choose Microsoft Flight Simulator from the dropdown menu. Navigate to 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings. One way to do that is by right-clicking on an empty space on the desktop and choosing Nvidia Control Panelfrom the menu. 
If you have both a Dedicated graphics card and an Integrated graphics card, make sure that the game isn't running on your integrated GPU by mistake.

Install the latest driver and then reboot your PC again.Click the driver once and select uninstall. Confirm this by clicking Uninstall again.Scroll down the list and find your graphics driver.

Disable GPU overlocking for your Microsoft Flight Simulator game profile on Radeon Software or Nvidia nTune (this applies to custom user overlock settings, not for factory overclock settings of the manufacturer). Lower or disable your CPU overclock values. Disable Intel Speedstep on your Bios overclock menu. The increased voltage causes overheating and can gradually damage your computer's hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, and motherboard). Note: You can turn on automatic updates in the Microsoft Store to make sure you won't miss future updates. In the top left corner, click Get Updates then Update all and wait for the updates to install. In the bottom left corner of the Microsoft Store, click on the library icon. Make sure all the updates in the Microsoft Store are installed, especially Gaming Services. Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect. Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available for your device. On Windows 10, select Update & Security. Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
